Our client is currently recruiting for a commercial plumber who has strong mechanical knowledge to join their service/maintenance team. The company offers a complete range of building services to their clients, working to the highest level of standards. The chosen engineer will be responsible for looking after a variety of commercial properties within the public sector around Essex, occasionally traveling down to Kent and into North London.
Job Description
- Service, reactive, maintenance and PPMs
- General mechanical tasks like AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems and HVAC
- Commercial plumbing tasks
- Occasionally pitch in with other tasks like lighting tests, etc.
- Participate in call out
- Communicate with senior members of staff to achieve the best customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering
- Commercial plumbing experience
- Be able to pass an enhanced security clearance
- Commercial gas or F-gas (advantageous)
