Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer looking for a regional role without Central London travel? We are representing a market-leading, globally recognized manufacturer of premium commercial washing equipment. Known for their engineering excellence and top-tier build quality, they pride themselves on looking after their engineers with realistic regional patches, excellent training, and a fantastic work-life balance. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer based ideally in or around the GU or RG postcode area to support their client base.

What You'll Be Doing

  • As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of the company, attending commercial and hospitality sites (restaurants, hotels, corporate headquarters, and schools) to maintain high-end equipment.
  • Fault-finding, servicing, and repairing commercial washing systems.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to their clients.
  • Managing your own van stock and work efficiently across a dedicated local/regional patch.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong Electrical Skills: Must have proven experience, ideally working with 3-phase electrical systems.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Solid experience with pumps, hydraulics, or general mechanical components.
  • Experience: A background in commercial catering, warewashing, white goods, or laundry equipment is desirable (though engineers from electro-mechanical backgrounds with 3-phase experience will be considered).
  • License: A full UK driving license.
