Role & Responsibilities:

  • Joining our busy operations team, you will work on the entire manufacturing process.
  • The candidate should identify and deliver improvements to enhance plant operating efficiency / throughput and reduce costs through problem solving and innovation.
  • Hands on fault finding and problem solving with plant equipment.
  • Facilitation of small projects to progress efficiencies, product performance and reduce costs.
  • Troubleshoot process issues and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare process documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of core chemical engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat & mass transfer).
  • Understanding of process safety and environmental standards.
