Role & Responsibilities:
- Joining our busy operations team, you will work on the entire manufacturing process.
- The candidate should identify and deliver improvements to enhance plant operating efficiency / throughput and reduce costs through problem solving and innovation.
- Hands on fault finding and problem solving with plant equipment.
- Facilitation of small projects to progress efficiencies, product performance and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot process issues and recommend improvements.
- Prepare process documentation including P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and R&D teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of core chemical engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat & mass transfer).
- Understanding of process safety and environmental standards.
