This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing engineering business, working across structural airframe and propulsion programmes while developing innovative design solutions from initial concept through to manufacture. What You'll Be Doing: Take a key role across established structural airframe and propulsion design programmes Develop complete engineering solutions and guide them through internal review and approval Ensure designs meet relevant technical standards, customer requirements and certification criteria Create high-quality 3D CAD models and fully detailed manufacturing drawings Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver successful outcomes What You'll Bring: A qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline A proven background in engineering design, with ownership of project-level technical delivery Strong 3D CAD capability using Siemens NX, Creo, CATIA, Inventor or a comparable platform The confidence to provide technical leadership, coaching and constructive design oversight Strong analytical skills and a structured, evidence-led approach to problem-solving An understanding of relevant regulatory and certification requirements Sound commercial judgement and an appreciation of wider business priorities Why Join?
