A rapidly expanding Managed Service Provider based in Gloucester is looking for a skilled 2nd Line Engineer to strengthen its technical service desk team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of technologies, alongside opportunities to work on live infrastructure projects in a fast-paced MSP environment. The role:
- Providing 2nd line support within a busy IT service desk
- O365 administration and user support
- Troubleshooting Outlook and email issues
- DNS and DHCP support
- Routers, switches, and wireless networking
- Supporting SharePoint, Azure, Teams, and Intune
- Diagnosing and resolving escalated technical issues
- Working on live infrastructure, upgrade, and project work
