We are recruiting for a dedicated PPM Service Engineer to join a specialised team who focus solely on a major national supermarket contract. This role is perfect for someone with solid mechanical and basic electrical skills who is eager to learn and willing to travel.
The Role
- You will be responsible for the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of small to mid-sized compactors and balers, ensuring safety, functionality, and maintaining great relationships with site managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting PPMs on vertical and horizontal balers across the UK mainland.
- Troubleshooting and resolving basic electrical and hydraulic issues.
- Providing clear service reports and feedback to both customers and the Service Manager.
What We Are Looking For
- We need someone who is keen to learn and will take pride in their work. If you have a background in the Armed Forces, or experience maintaining electrical/hydraulic equipment such as forklifts or lifts, your skills will likely transfer perfectly.

- Proven field service background.
