As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of the company, attending commercial and hospitality sites (restaurants, hotels, corporate headquarters, and schools) to maintain high-end equipment. You will be responsible for fault-finding, servicing, and repairing commercial washing systems while providing exceptional customer service to clients. Additionally, you will manage your own van stock and work efficiently across a dedicated local/regional patch.
