The Role:
- Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
- Verify invoice approvals through three-way matching and approval workflows.
- Maintain ledger accuracy.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Process BACS and SEPA payments, including urgent ad-hoc payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations and statement processing.
- Maintain supplier records and set up new accounts in the ERP system.
- Respond to supplier and internal queries via phone and email.

- Ability to work on own initiative as well as a larger team.
- Be motivated and well organised.
- Excellent attention to detail whilst maintaining a flexible approach.
