A leading electronic manufacturer, that values hard work, teamwork and developing people, is looking for a Panel Wireman to join an established team and embody a positive work environment.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Build and wire LV distribution boards and MCCB panels to required industry standards
- Interpret and work from electrical CAD drawings and wiring diagrams
- Select, check and prepare all components and materials before starting each job
- Assemble wiring looms using crimp tools and a range of electrical hand tools
- Perform electrical testing including continuity, insulation resistance and functional checks, plus fault finding and rectification
- Maintain accurate test records and wiring documentation, keep a safe workspace, and support the wider team with general tasks as needed
About You:
- Hands on experience in LV panel building
- Good understanding of electrical systems and components
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident working independently and in a team
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07.25 am to 4.30 pm | Friday 07.30 am to 1.10 pm
