Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering and operational functions to ensure efficient day-to-day performance

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, engineering standards, and ISO requirements

  • Proven leadership experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and project management expertise
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical, resilient, and solutions-focused approach with IOSH or equivalent
