Role & Responsibilities
- Lead high‑value projects that modernise production and boost efficiency
- Own projects end‑to‑end—from concept and design to commissioning and handover
- Work at the heart of the action with engineering, operations, and senior leadership
- Champion cutting‑edge solutions in automation, sustainability, and performance
- Deliver projects that directly impact how a beloved brand is made
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven success delivering capital projects in FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong engineering or technical background
- Confident managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders at all levels
- A natural leader who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments
- Passion for continuous improvement and innovation
- Experience in refurb, install and commissioning of machinery
