Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a CAPEX Project Manager to join their Senior Leadership Teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead high‑value projects that modernise production and boost efficiency
  • Own projects end‑to‑end—from concept and design to commissioning and handover
  • Work at the heart of the action with engineering, operations, and senior leadership
  • Champion cutting‑edge solutions in automation, sustainability, and performance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proven success delivering capital projects in FMCG or manufacturing
  • Strong engineering or technical background
  • Confident managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in refurb, install and commissioning of machinery
