A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Engineering Manager for a company in the Warminster area.
With no day ever being the same the Engineering role offers a opportunity to perform as part of the senior leadership team and offers career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and optimise daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivery to plan
Maintain machinery reliability and factory infrastructure
Monitor key performance measures and drive improvements in operator and machine efficiency
Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards
Manage maintenance activities, fault resolution and external service providers
Support continuous improvement in manufacturing and engineering practices
Oversee tool room operations and accurate use of the ERP system
Develop, mentor and support the team to maintain high performanceKnowledge, Skills & Experience
Strong mechanical engineering background with hands-on maintenance experience
Skilled in operating and maintaining factory machinery, including CNC equipment
Good knowledge of facilities and building maintenance
Confident leader able to develop and support a team
Strong organisational and communication skillsPackage and Benefits:
