Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assemble and solder PCB components, wiring looms, and connectors following engineering drawings and build procedures.
  • Perform functional testing, inspection, and calibration of assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Diagnose and correct faults during assembly and test procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to meet production schedules.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing department.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in electronic assembly, soldering, or similar technical role.
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit schematics, and assembly drawings.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new software.
  • Diligent, self-motivated, and well-organised with strong record-keeping skills.
