Our client is one of the largest in their industry and have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company, with an average length of service in the team being 10+ years! They are also extremely big on supporting development of people!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of up to 15 Electricians
- Maintenance of HV equipment (Up to 11Kv)
- Maintenance of PLCs and Instrumentation
- Ensuring PPM schedules are followed
- Ensuring Breakdowns are attended promptly
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Ability to problem solve and implement corrective actions
- Experience with HV equipment up to 11Kv (33Kv Desired)
- Knowledge of PLCs and Instrumentation systems
- Experience with electrical fault-finding
- Experience as an engineering supervisor, maintenance supervisor, engineering team leader or in a similar position
- Experience managing and leading shift teams
