I am seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician on behalf of an exciting client, a renewables business looking to expand its on-site production. This business is a forward-thinking manufacturer of a niche and highly utilised product. They are secure, profitable, and growing – now looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Technician equipped with excellent fault-finding skills, as well as great knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine planned maintenance and repair checks on necessary equipment.
- Seek to boost continuous improvement through participating in root cause analysis.
- Report and document all maintenance activities.
- Accurate reports between staff members during shift handovers.
- Assist with installations of new equipment as well as supporting upgrades of current equipment.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience working in a similar role, in an Electrical Maintenance environment.
- HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong fault-finding and fault diagnostic skills.
- Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and automated systems.
