Salary & Benefits:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular audits of food safety procedures and practices
- Identify and assess potential risks in the production process
- Ensure all food safety procedures are followed as per standards and regulations
- Report and document audit findings
- Recommend improvements to enhance food safety measures
- Stay updated on food safety regulations and industry trends
- Provide training and guidance to staff on food safety practices
- Maintain communication with management on food safety issues
- Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Food Safety Auditor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000 etc.)
- Excellent observational and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality
- Certification in food safety auditing is a plus
