Company Overview: A well-established UK-based heavy engineering manufacturer in Dudley is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join its expanding engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance across a range of production equipment and site services within a heavy manufacturing environment
  • Complete planned maintenance and respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime
  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults using schematics and technical drawings
  • Undertake mechanical fault finding and repairs using engineering documentation
  • Support PLC diagnostics and assist with installation, commissioning, and equipment modifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Maintenance engineering experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • PLC fault-finding experience
  • Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical fault-finding capability
