Company Overview: A well-established UK-based heavy engineering manufacturer in Dudley is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join its expanding engineering team.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance across a range of production equipment and site services within a heavy manufacturing environment
- Complete planned maintenance and respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults using schematics and technical drawings
- Undertake mechanical fault finding and repairs using engineering documentation
- Support PLC diagnostics and assist with installation, commissioning, and equipment modifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Maintenance engineering experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing environments
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- PLC fault-finding experience
- Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical fault-finding capability
