A well-established, family-owned specialist contractor delivering high-quality solutions to the construction industry across the UK is looking for a Draughtsperson. With a strong order book and a reputation for delivering complex commercial and industrial projects, the business continues to invest in growth and talent. Due to ongoing project wins, they are looking to strengthen their design team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, forward-thinking organisation where employees are genuinely valued and long-term progression is encouraged.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Preparing full set of drawings
- Issuing drawings for client approval
- Producing full manufacture drawings
- Producing fabrication schedules for the issue to production
- Cross check specification of products to quotation in line with architects and client requirements, inclusive of colours/finishes, fire properties and thermal balance.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a design related role
- AutoCAD experience, Revit experience would be an advantage
- Experience with building envelope solutions such as cladding, facades, fabrication etc.
- Must be commutable to Flintshire area
