Are you a sales professional with experience selling digital dental technology and a passion for helping practices modernise their workflows? I am currently supporting an organisation that is looking to bring in a Digital Dental Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of advanced scanning solutions across the UK dental market. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building long‑term relationships, and combining commercial drive with education and clinical engagement.
You will work closely with customers throughout the full sales cycle, from initial engagement and demonstration through to implementation and ongoing account development, playing a key role in achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales performance and achieve agreed revenue targets within your assigned territory.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute growth plans in partnership with sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM system.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training, and implementation support to customers.
- Act as a trusted digital advisor to practices adopting new technology.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
- Represent the business professionally across face‑to‑face, digital, and online channels.
- Support sales activity through education‑led engagement and events.
- Track and report on sales performance against targets and growth objectives.
- Experience selling digital dental technology or related dental equipment/software.
- Proven success in field sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence decision‑makers.
- Commercially focused and comfortable working to targets.
- Well organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage your own territory effectively.
- Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
