Roles/Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using CMM, Faro Arm, and other metrology tools
- Apply GD&T principles to ensure components meet engineering drawings and specifications
- Verify compliance with ASME codes and other regulated quality standards before product release
- Identify, record, and support resolution of non-conformances in line with quality procedures
- Maintain accurate inspection records, traceability, and certification in a regulated manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in quality inspection, ideally within a regulated or high-integrity manufacturing industry
- Skilled in CMM operation/programming and Faro Arm measurements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
- Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems
Desirable:
- ASME certification desirable; training can be provided
- Knowledge of problem-solving tools: 5 Whys, FMEA, Fishbone, 8D methodology
- Aware of welding processes (MIG/TIG) and non-destructive testing (NDT) principles
