This night shift role is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Technician who prefers stable hours and minimal day-shift disruption. You will work on critical production equipment, keeping lines running smoothly while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all company Health & Safety policies and practice.
- Perform reactive and proactive maintenance on a variety of packaging and process equipment.
- Carry out regular maintenance, PPMs and reactive, where directed.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns across a range of equipment to provide minimal downtime.
- Support Line Leaders and Production to facilitate production efficiency.
- Work on a variety of equipment including electro-mechanical processing and packaging machinery - circuits from 415 to 24VDC power & control, Inverter, servo, DC drive, PLC and controls issues.
Requirements:
- Time Served Apprentice
- Mechanical and electrical skills
- ONC/HNC/NVQ Level 3 Engineering and Maintenance
- Based within a 30 minute commute of Deeside.
- Happy to work night shifts.
