A well-established supplier of automotive workshop solutions is looking to recruit a Sales Representative to support growth across Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a growing business, developing new customer relationships while managing existing accounts within the automotive sector.

The Role
- Develop new business opportunities across independent garages, workshops and service centres
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts within the region
- Conduct customer visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Generate quotations, negotiate sales and close new business opportunities
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve agreed targets
- Represent the business professionally while building long-term customer relationships
The Candidate
- Previous experience in a Sales Representative, Business Development or Account Management role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience within automotive, engineering or technical sales environments desirable
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning new business
- Full UK driving licence
Package
- £32,000 - £42,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000+
