Role & Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across all manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose faults, complete repairs and work to minimise downtime.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and contributing to long-term engineering solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams to maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and compliance requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Multiskilled background (mechanical and electrical) preferred; electrical-bias engineers with a desire to upskill also welcome.
- City & Guilds 236 and 18th Edition qualifications.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to maintenance.
