Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

My client are a well known manufacturer of consumer goods in the Coventry area and are looking for a Manufacturing Manager due to expanding their operations on-site.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for OPEX and CAPEX budgets
  • Overseeing production & manufacturing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Managing a team of hygiene managers and production shift managers
  • Ensuring Health & Safety policies are being followed and adhered to
  • Responsible for KPI performance, waste management, labour management & machine efficiency

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience as a Manufacturing Manager or in a similar position
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical, consumer goods, food etc
  • NVQ or Degree qualified in management and leadership
  • Experience managing performance of KPIs, P&L, H&S OPEX and CAPEX budget control
