Our client is a leading processor within food manufacturing, with a reputation for product quality and industry-leading standards. Due to a recent investment in the site, they are looking to increase their output and bring onboard a Continuous Improvement Manager to their team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the CI Drive Lean and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
  • Analyse data to improve performance and reduce waste
  • Lead cross-functional improvement
  • Coach teams in CI tools and problem-solving.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven CI and Lean Manufacturing experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing
  • Strong background in Operational Excellence and Root Cause
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional change and improvement
  • Data-driven with strong analytical, project management and Excel
  • Collaborative leader focused on driving measurable business
