Are you an experienced fabrication professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team within a fast-paced engineering environment. Combining hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership skills, you'll oversee daily operations, maintain high quality standards, and help drive efficiency across the fabrication function.
The Role:
- Supervised CNC fabrication operations and personnel.
- Programmed and operated CNC punch, plasma and press brake machines.
- Performed preventative maintenance and fault finding.
- Trained and developed junior team members.
- Supported wider production and logistics functions.
- Ensured quality, productivity and delivery targets were met.
What we are looking for:
- Good experience operating CNC machinery
- CAD / CAM experience / familiarity
- Prior experience with creating and implementing maintenance schedules.
- Comfortable dealing with external contractors.
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
- Forklift license - Preferred.
Shifts: Day Based
