Key Responsibilities: Create, configure, and operate CNC milling machines, primarily using Hurco and Fanuc controls. Design and apply offline programming strategies to boost productivity and reduce machine downtime. Work closely with the production team to maintain workflow efficiency, resolve technical issues, and meet output targets. Conduct regular machine checks and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Uphold rigorous quality assurance standards and maintain a safe working environment in line with company policies.Qualifications: Hands-on experience as a CNC Milling Programmer, particularly with Hurco and Fanuc systems. Strong programming knowledge with the ability to fine-tune operations and reduce errors. Excellent mechanical understanding and attention to detail to deliver high-precision components. Confident problem-solver who can stay flexible and focused in a dynamic production setting. Solid understanding of machining safety standards and quality control procedures. Team player with clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Time-served engineer or equivalent experience; technical qualifications are a bonus.
