Our client manufactures quality approved precision pumps and valves for the automotive sector. Due to expansion, they are looking to grow the team and looking for a loyal, committed and experienced CNC Miller for this multi-faceted precision machining role.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC milling machines
- Interpret engineering drawings to manufacture components to exacting aerospace standards
- Perform quality checks using precision measuring equipment
- Liaise with customer contacts and contribute to the quoting process
- Excellent attention to detail and take pride in producing high quality work
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience operating CNC machines in a precision engineering environment
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications
- Ideally have worked in (AS9100) aerospace, defence or (ISO9001) motorsport environment
- Ideally have experience machining titanium, Inconel and/or stainless steel
Job Tenure: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 per annum + Flextime, pension, family ran
