We are looking for an Engineering Team Leader who is ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in North Somerset. Roles/Responsibilities:
- Mixture of hands-on and hands-off engineering
- Overseeing a team of 14 engineers across a continental shift pattern
- Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities
- Identifying improvements and efficiency on machinery and involved in project work
What We Are Looking For:
- Multi-skilled engineering background
- Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, or Maintenance Supervisor
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
