Are you a skilled Service Technician with an electromechanical background? Do you enjoy working on a variety of equipment and delivering high-quality service? We are recruiting for proactive and experienced technicians to join market-leading service teams supporting commercial clients with fault-finding & repair, maintenance, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Service & Maintenance
- Provide electrical and mechanical services for specialist equipment.
- Respond to daily service requests and manage escalations to minimize customer downtime.
- Manage company tools, vehicle, and stock.
- Perform mechanical and electrical installations, maintenance, and repair.
- Maintain accurate site documentation including diaries and delivery records.
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in field service or mechanical engineering.
- Mechanical/electrical fault-finding skills.
- Valid certifications: Electrical qualifications, or relevant experience.
- Mechanical qualifications or relevant experience.
Personal Attributes
- Organised, professional, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.
- Home-based with regular travel to customer sites.
