Facilities Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to £39,960
Location: Multiple positions across London
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys varied work without travel as this is a static based role.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Covering a distribution centre contract
- Carrying out PPM and reactive work on electrical and fabric kit
- Conduct regular visual inspections of plant, equipment, and building fabric to identify faults and suggest solutions
Requirements for the role:
- Electrical qualification (18th edition or NVQ)
- Previous experience within a FM or BMS role
- Strong fault finding and PPM ability
