I'm working with a growing IT organisation who are looking for a campaign coordinator to join their team and help drive their demand-generation strategy. If you enjoy a mix of planning, data, creativity and working closely with sales, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact.
Role Overview
You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and content specialists to plan, launch and optimise B2B campaigns that generate quality leads. You'll take full ownership of campaign performance including tracking results, improving outcomes and making sure everything runs smoothly across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Work with sales, marketing and content teams to get campaigns ready, aligned and launched properly.
- Turn the company's key messages and customer needs into clear, relevant marketing campaigns.
- Plan campaigns that focus on specific companies or high-value accounts, not just broad audiences.
- Choose the right people/companies to target and make sure data lists are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor how campaigns are doing each day across email, social ads, web, etc.
- Improve campaigns regularly to get more leads, better-quality leads, and higher conversion rates.
- Fix any issues quickly when results drop such as low engagement or poor targeting.
- Create and update dashboards so everyone can see leads, performance data and campaign activity.
- Use data to suggest new ideas or improvements to make future campaigns perform better.
