Role Overview
- Deliver proactive, high‑quality customer service and consistently meet key performance targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with export customers and distributors
- Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and marketing teams
- Manage the company's administrative and order‑processing functions, driving ongoing improvements
- Provide dependable administrative support to sales teams and managers, including literature requests, quote documentation, PFIs, and occasional customer quotations
- Produce accurate and timely customer service KPI reports
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy of delivery details, VAT information, territory allocations, and other key data
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations and tenders, ensuring deadlines and standards are met
- Ensure all orders comply with company requirements, including valid purchase orders and upfront payment for cash‑in‑advance accounts
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an office‑based role
- Background in customer‑facing positions, ideally with exposure to export processes
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, even when working under pressure
- Ability to use initiative to resolve day‑to‑day issues effectively
- Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills
