Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Manager looking to development their team leadership and development skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Mechanical Design team
- Plan and coordinate team workloads and resources
- Ensure designs are practical, accurate, safe, and suitable for manufacture
- Lead initiatives to improve processes and Continuous improvement
- Set and review departmental and individual objectives and KPIs
What We are looking for:
- Proven experience leading or managing a Mechanical Design team.
- Experience delivering engineering projects from concept through manufacture
- Strong understanding of 3D CAD and engineering design practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities effectively
- Experience working across engineering and manufacturing functions
