We are working with a highly respected UK engineering and manufacturing business that designs, builds and supports specialist automated production equipment used by customers across food, medical and consumer product sectors. This is a varied field-based Service Engineer position supporting customers throughout the UK, with occasional international travel.
You'll be responsible for:
- Installation and commissioning of bespoke automated machinery
- Planned preventative maintenance and servicing
- Fault finding and breakdown support
- Customer training and technical support
- Working closely with customers to minimise downtime and maximise machine performance
- Providing professional on-site support and representing the business to a high standard
