They are currently looking to strengthen the technical team with the appointment of a Project Coordinator.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-contract supplier qualification responses for project-based sales.
  • Manage and respond to project tender enquiries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project-based, on-site clients.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure credit limits are sufficient for project values.
  • Raise project orders with agreed delivery dates that meet both customer and business requirements.
  • Maintain project related information to required internal standards.
  • Manage project quotations and drawings for approval through internal departments, while setting and managing client expectations.
  • Manage project cost variations and track all changes to project orders.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Project Coordination experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage high workloads, work to short deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Knowledge of production planning, supply chain, or logistics processes.
