Role & Responsibilities:

  • Foresee that all the activities needed to maintain equipment are being executed with high quality, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Detect deviations in the performance of the plant's asset function in time.
  • Ensure the safe, efficient and quality execution of routine maintenance work on a daily basis, through detailed job preparation with the Engineer of the area.
  • Establish standard work plans for repetitive maintenance tasks and encourage standardization.
  • Inspect equipment and facilities on random or scheduled daily tours in order to detect anomalies.
  • Provide support to Maintenance teams in the diagnosis and problem solving.
