We’re working with a well-established, growing Managed Service Provider that delivers cutting-edge IT, cloud and network solutions to UK businesses. They’re now looking to hire a Campaign / Demand Marketing Executive to join their marketing function and take real ownership of B2B lead generation and campaign performance.

This role sits at the heart of marketing and sales alignment. You’ll be responsible for driving pipeline growth through data-led, multi-channel campaigns, focusing on lead generation, nurturing and conversion optimisation. This is not a content-heavy role; instead you’ll focus on how campaigns perform, how leads move through the funnel, and how marketing activity translates into revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute B2B demand generation campaigns targeting key accounts and sectors
  • Optimise campaigns across multiple channels to increase lead volume, quality and conversion rates
  • Work closely with sales to align campaigns with sales pipeline, lifecycle stages and commercial objectives
  • Own lead management processes, from initial capture through to handover and tracking conversion
  • Analyse campaign performance data and identify ways to improve ROI and pipeline contribution
  • Apply Account-Based Marketing and targeted outreach strategies
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track leads, pipeline and campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously test, refine and optimise targeting, messaging and channel performance
  • Ensure marketing activity supports revenue growth, not just engagement metrics
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation / demand generation / campaign management
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead lifecycle and conversion optimisation
  • Experience working closely with sales teams and tracking pipeline impact
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
  • Background in technology, IT services, SaaS or MSP environments (highly desirable)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to optimise campaigns, rather than just execute them
  • Commercial awareness and focus on revenue outcomes
What’s On Offer
  • Competitive salary + bonus
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • Collaborative, growth-focused environment
