The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring production machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
- Electrical and mechanical fault finding
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance across production machinery
- Working on motors, drives, and 3-phase systems
- Supporting continuous improvement and minimising downtime
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Helping maintain plant performance and production capacity
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Multi-skilled with both electrical and mechanical fault-finding ability
- 18th Edition qualification
- Experience working with 3-phase systems and motors
- Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC or equivalent)
- Team player with a proactive approach to maintenance
