Role & Responsibilities:

  • Advise managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance issues.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor absence and support wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide HR reporting and support people-focused projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience working within a HR environment.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a busy manufacturing environment is essential.
