My client are looking for a Hardware technician to join their already growing team. The right hardware technician will support with hardware troubleshooting and fixes and will provide technical support maintaining their hardware systems.
Responsibilities of the Hardware Technician include:
- Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, including end-to-end troubleshooting and device maintenance
- Support and maintain VPN Connections
- Act as a technical point of contact for external clients, resolving hardware-related inquiries and performance issues
- Help setup and configure devices making sure all are operational
- Manage internal software on machines and devices
Experience of Hardware Technician would be:
- Proven experience in a technical support capacity, ideally with a background in hardware maintenance or as a field technician
- Strong experience with VPNs
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Prior experience supporting Android and Microsoft systems would be beneficial
- Customer Service Skills
