An established and fast-growing UK food manufacturer is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to support a highly automated production facility. This is a key leadership role, combining hands-on engineering expertise with people management responsibility in a busy, regulated environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Majority of the work is hands on PPMs and breakdown of machinery
  • Responsible for a small team of engineers on shift
  • Maintenance of industrial machinery

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering background
  • Previous leadership experience
