BMS Maintenance Engineer

£45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Due to ongoing growth, we are hiring a BMS Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites throughout Greater London and the surrounding regions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts on BMS systems.
- Diagnose and rectify software, controls, and communications faults.
- Modify and optimise BMS strategies to improve building performance.
- Support commissioning and small works activities where required.
- Produce service reports and maintain accurate records.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high standard of technical support.
Requirements
- Proven experience maintaining BMS systems in commercial environments.
- Knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium platforms.
- Additional experience with Siemens, Schneider Electric, or ABB is beneficial
- Ability to fault find across controls, networks, and field devices.
- Full UK driving licence.

- £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
