Working hours: 07:45am - 17:00pm | Monday to Friday

Our client works in the food / FMCG sector and is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team and ensure KPIs are met consistently. This role requires strong man-management skills, the ability to spot areas of improvement, and previous experience in a food / beverage environment.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a small team of production operatives to achieve daily targets.
- Ensure production lines are fully prepared with materials, equipment and staffing requirements.
- Drive productivity, quality and efficiency across the production operation.
- Support machine set-up, changeovers and first-line fault finding to minimise downtime.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and BRCGS standards.
- Identify process improvements, reduce waste and deliver continuous performance gains.
About You:
- Previous team leadership experience within food or drink manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety and quality standards.
- Hands-on approach with a strong shop floor presence.
- Experience working in fast-paced production environments.
- Confident driving performance, quality and team engagement.
