Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own and manage all vacuum heat‐treatment processes, ensuring compliance with AMS 2750, Nadcap, and internal quality standards.
- Lead process optimisation, improving cycle performance, yield, throughput, and repeatability.
- Analyse furnace data, thermal cycles, and deviations to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and support daily operations.
- Maintain and develop process documentation, SOPs, load maps, recipes, and pyrometry records.
- Support audits, customer visits, and technical reviews.
