We're looking for a hands-on Engineering & Maintenance Lead who's ready to take ownership, drive reliability, and shape the future of a fast-moving manufacturing site.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a multiskilled maintenance team across a busy manufacturing environment.
  • Oversee planned, preventative and predictive maintenance to maximise machinery uptime.
  • Diagnose and resolve breakdowns across moulding equipment, pumps, compressors, conveyors and automation systems.
  • Deliver CAPEX projects including machinery installs, upgrades, refurbishments and automation improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement, safety standards, and energy-efficiency initiatives across the site.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified, multiskilled engineer with manufacturing or production maintenance experience.
  • Proven leadership background - Team Leader, Supervisor, Senior Engineer or Deputy Manager.
  • Good understanding of PLCs, automation, and modern manufacturing machinery (training/development available).
  • Strong problem-solver with experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Confident communicator who can coach a team and work effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
