Roles/Responsibilities
- Create and develop 3D models and detailed drawings for a range of mechanical attachments, ensuring they are suitable for manufacture.
- Work closely with internal teams to turn concepts and customer requirements into practical, cost-effective design solutions.
- Communicate with suppliers and external partners to resolve technical queries and support design updates.
- Collaborate with the shop floor to ensure designs are manufacturable and make adjustments where needed.
- Support ongoing product improvements by reviewing existing designs and suggesting enhancements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in mechanical design, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks.
- Practical understanding of translating designs into manufacturable products.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
