Roles/Responsibilities

  • Create and develop 3D models and detailed drawings for a range of mechanical attachments, ensuring they are suitable for manufacture.
  • Work closely with internal teams to turn concepts and customer requirements into practical, cost-effective design solutions.
  • Communicate with suppliers and external partners to resolve technical queries and support design updates.
  • Collaborate with the shop floor to ensure designs are manufacturable and make adjustments where needed.
  • Support ongoing product improvements by reviewing existing designs and suggesting enhancements.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in mechanical design, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Proficient in 3D CAD software, ideally SolidWorks.
  • Practical understanding of translating designs into manufacturable products.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Exposure to fabrication, sheet metal, or heavy equipment design is advantageous but not essential.
