Role Description - What you will be doing:
- Planned and reactive maintenance work to maximise OEE, reduce downtime and improve machinery performance.
- Communicating effectively with the wider engineering team, production and other key stakeholders.
- Adhering to Health & Safety on site at all times.
- Ensuring the highest H&S standards and safe working practices are carried out.
- Spotting opportunities for process improvements and working with the team to implement those.
- Maintenance on Mixers, Valves, Reactors and other Mechanical Equipment.
- Improvement Projects.
Skills and Qualifications required:
- Time-Served Electrical Maintenance Engineering Experience.
- Food/FMCG/Packaging Industrial Engineering Backgrounds desired.
- Previous work in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivated to work in a team environment and continue to develop as an engineer.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to train and take on internal training opportunities.
