About the Role

We are looking for a driven and strategic Asset Care Manager to join our manufacturing operation and lead the reliability and performance of our plant assets. This is a key leadership position where you will be responsible for developing and implementing asset care strategies that maximise equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the site’s asset care and maintenance strategy
  • Drive a proactive maintenance culture, moving from reactive to preventative and predictive approaches
  • Manage and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians
  • Deliver improvements in OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reliability, and asset lifespan
  • Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Implement and optimise CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage maintenance budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and continuous improvement teams

About You

Proven experience in a maintenance or asset care leadership role within manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Lean, TPM, or Reliability-Centred Maintenance.
