A growing and well-established business is looking for a Trainee Software Support Analyst to join their team. You don't need loads of experience, just the right attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology. Full training is provided. This is a hands-on role where you'll quickly gain real exposure, build technical knowledge, and develop into a fully-fledged support professional.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting users with system access, setup, and day-to-day queries
- Assisting with onboarding new customers onto internal platforms
- Troubleshooting issues and working to find practical solutions
- Supporting system configuration and basic technical tasks
- Monitoring usage and working with internal teams where needed
- Gaining exposure to different systems, tools, and user environments
- Occasional site visits to support customers face-to-face
You'll also get involved in general team support and admin, giving you a well-rounded understanding of how the business operates.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking to people
